QADIM Returns & Exchanges Policy
At QADIM, every piece is made with care and meaning. Because our collections are limited, we handle returns and exchanges carefully to protect product quality and availability.
Summary

You may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Inspection & try-on is available at delivery. Couriers are responsible for delivering the order and wait for inspection, fitting, or exchange decisions at the door.

If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of receipt for priority handling — no exchange fee.
1) Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product:

Fill the form in the bio or through our Link within 3 days of receiving your order.

A clear photo or screenshot showing the defect

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund / store credit, depending on product availability and your preference.

For confirmed defects QADIM will cover return shipping costs.
2) 14-Day Exchange & Refund (General)
You may request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days from the delivery date if all conditions below are met:

Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

You provide proof of purchase (order number).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/style is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
How to request: Fill the form in the bio or through our Link with your order number, item(s) to exchange or return, and reason.
Return shipping / costs: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the return. The exact timing for refunds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Customers should inspect the order before receiving it, then contact us within the allowed exchange/refund window if they need support.

If there is visible courier damage to the parcel, please take clear photos immediately and contact us as soon as possible through the form in our bio or link.

ُExchange or Refund during the 14-day window (for non-defect reasons such as sizing or change of mind), a standard exchange fee will apply.

Exchange fees are:
- 120 EGP for Cairo and Giza

Up to 170 EGP for other governorates, depending on the delivery location

Important: No exchange fee applies when the return/exchange is for a confirmed defect or shipping error.
4) Non-Accepted Returns
We do not accept returns for items that are:

Used, washed, or show signs of wear or damage not present at delivery.

Missing original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
- Damaged after delivery due to misuse or incorrect care.
Items that do not pass inspection may be returned to the customer, and delivery fees may apply.
